Hestia.ai builds sustainable personal data pipelines, respectful of the data contributors and responsive to changing circumstances.

We use semantic web standards (ShEx, RDF, SPARQL) to facilitate the exploitation of personal data. This helps us redistribute data, development and computation more nimbly, and more in tune with the data contributors’ expectations and wishes. For instance we can include privacy-preserving machine learning techniques closer to the original source, in a more decentralized way. Thanks to those capabilities, we can assist the emergence of consortia built around novel use cases. Finally we are also building the tools that assist in the definition of formal specifications, to reduce the cognitive burden on business development staff, developers, product owners and legal experts. We can then automate the construction of those pipelines from those specifications.
